Brandy is a bullseye-hitting commercial litigation attorney with over a decade of experience navigating complex business disputes on behalf of companies and individuals. Brandy prides herself on digging into the unique facts and nuances of every case she works on and how they apply to the law early on in a matter to ensure that her clients have a strong position throughout the case. Brandy is also adept at establishing credible and creative defenses that can be relied on throughout the duration of the dispute. Brandy has had great success with this approach, having successfully pursued and defended claims ranging from $10,000.00 to $90 million.

Brandy Hoge focuses her practice engaging in the understanding and organization of fine factual and legal arguments to bolster her clients' case stances from the very beginning of the engagement. She has an eye for detail that catches what the opposing side often misses, using this advantage in tactical decision making every step of the way. Brandy also understands the stakes involved in litigation and other legal disputes, and keeps practicality and business considerations top-of-mind when advising clients.

Brandy received her B.A. in History from Texas Tech University in 2007, where she was a member of the Honors College and graduated summa cum laude. Brandy received her Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2011, where she earned a certificate in Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution and was listed on the Dean’s List. While in law school, Brandy externed for Judge Samuel Der-Yeghiayan of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

After law school, Brandy worked for over nine years at a high-powered Dallas litigation firm where she managed litigation cases of great import impacting many communities in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. Brandy's portfolio of experience includes commercial business disputes, breach of contract, securities and finance, real estate disputes, commercial loans, construction and lien cases, construction defect, employment disputes and non-compete agreements, breach of fiduciary duty, officer/director liability, partnership disputes, and fraud claims.
