Aaron brings vast experience to bear on the complex matters in which he represents his clients. He concentrates on high-stakes commercial litigation, bankruptcy litigation, creditor's rights disputes, and consumer finance litigation. Known for his acute eye and strategic case planning, Aaron's clients are consistently pleased with both his efficiency and his efficacy.
Aaron received his B.A. in Government and Business Foundations from the University of Texas at Austin in 2004. After working for several years, he returned to school and earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 2009, where he was in the top 25% of his graduating class.
After law school, Aaron began practicing law in bankruptcy litigation. After working as an associate at Godwin Bowman and McGlinchey Stafford in Dallas, Aaron rose to being a principal attorney at the national law firm, Munck Wilson Mandala where he refined his approach to complex litigation matters in and out of court. Aaron has focused his practice into full-service commercial legal services, guiding clients with his experience on a breadth of matters involving breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty, creditors rights, and consumer finance disputes addressing FDCPA, TCPA, FCRA, TILA, and RESPA claims. Aaron has considerable experience protecting and recovering collateral in bankruptcy proceedings through the implementation of state court remedies. Aaron also relishes serving as outside general counsel to numerous companies and financial institutions where he provides transactional representation and counsel.
